We inform that HABA Medical Cosmetics Inc, subsidiary company of HABA Laboratories, Inc., was approved the change of corporate name by our board held on today and special meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on 8th of February, 2005.
New corporate name : HABA Cosmetics Inc.
